Wedding Venue?
This Place Would Be Perfect...
Like most people, we like to dream of the future…but, we really never anticipated owning a wedding venue. We made plans to purchase our 110 acre farm in 2015. We fell in love with the secluded acreage, hunting opportunity, and picturesque views. Although much work was needed to clean up the grounds and get rid of debris, we looked beyond to envision a property that captured both beauty and charm.
At that time we were uncertain about how we wanted to fully utilize the property and lodge home perched on top of the hill overlooking the expansive valley below. Therefore we simply began using our skills to renovate the home, exploring all options.
In 2016, both of our daughters got engaged. Although we would have loved for each of them to have their wedding at this gorgeous, new place, it simply was not ready for such an event. But, their engagements birthed the idea of establishing a wedding venue that would feature a uniquely designed barn to match the style of the lodge we had been working to remodel.
So here we are…we love what we’re doing and we love serving our community, and surrounding communities, hosting couples who wish to unite in God’s country.
We believe in keeping things simple. We believe it’s important to offer a beautiful venue at a fair price. And, most importantly, we believe that marriage is a chord of three strands…with God as the foundation.
