We offer 5 packages to keep things simple and assist in meeting diverse needs.
All Packages Include
- Exclusive use of property and barn Friday through Sunday (time restrictions apply)

- Seating, tables, + linens for up to 230 ceremony + reception guests

Standard Package
$8,500
- 6 hour use of lodge prior to wedding (honeymoon + bridal suites, 3.5 baths, large kitchen, and gathering room)
- $100 toward wedding décor rentals
Premium Package
$9,000
- 24 hour lodging for up to 15 guests
- $125 toward wedding décor rentals
- Linen upgrades for wedding party tables
- Choice of table runners (various styles & colors to choose from)
Elite Package
$10,000
- 48 hour lodging for up to 15 guests
- $150 in decor rentals
- Linen upgrade for wedding party tables
- Choice of table runners (varous styles & colors to choose from)
- White spandex chair covers for wedding party table
- Non-alcoholic beverages, ice & cups for reception (brewed tea, lemonade, water, coffee)
- Decorating service

All-Inclusive
Elite Package

Everything in the Elite Package Plus...
- An additional $50 in decor rentals ($250)

- $300 "Jump Start" bar package (your selections)
- Catered meal + table bussing (2 meat selections, 2 side selections, house salad + dinner rolls)
- Cocktail hour appetizers
- $1,000 Photography stipend (house photographer)
- House DJ entertainment (5 hours)
- Coordinating of all vendors + rehearsal

Ceremony Only

- Waterfall backdrop ceremony
- Rain backup plan (additional fees apply for barn set up)
- Ceremony seating for up to 150 guests
- Eight 9 foot shade umbrellas
- Pavilion for outdoor beverage serving + music
- 3 hour use of property for ceremony & photographs
- Indoor Bathroom facilities
- 3 hour use of bridal suite prior to ceremony time
- Parking attendants + on site staff
- 24 hour lodging for up to 15 guests can be added (additional fees apply)
- Bar services + beverages can be added (additional fees apply)
